Chinese pinyin :  Linsuanchuanxiongqin Zhusheye

Ingredients:  The main component of the injection is ligustrazine phosphate. Its chemical name is 2,3,5,6 - tetramethyl pyrazine phosphate.

Molecular formula:

Molecualar weight:  252.20

Description :  achromatic transparent liquid

Indications:  For ischemic cerebrovascular diseases(such as cerebral ischemia, cerebral thrombosis, cerebral infarction, etc.)

Specification:  2ml: 50mg

Dosage and usage:  Intravenous drip. 50-100mg each time, diluted in 5% -10% glucose injection liquid or sodium chloride injection 250-500ml, slowly drip, Finsih driping within 3-4 hours, once a day over 10-15 days, as one course of treatment or prescribed.

Adverse reactions :  Occasional stomach discomfort , dry mouth and drowsiness are found, they usually  disapper  after  the drug withdrawal.

 Contraindications:  

Precautions:

 1.For those patients with cerebral edema or a small amount of henorrhage or ischemic cerebrovascular diseases, the product should be used with acution.

2. For those patients with coronary artery diseases. During the intravenous drip, their hearts and blood pressure changes should be observed.

3. The speed of drip shouldn^,t be so high, drip speed should be controlled.

4.  while using the product, we should make close obsernation, in the event of an allergic reaction, we should stop using it immediately and take dexamethasoneor chorpheniramine.

5. Before using the product, please check if there is signs of the following: turbid liquid , broken bottle or seal loose and so on. If so, don^,t use it.

6. Once the injection is used, air will enter it. The remained liquid mustn^,t be used.

The drug should be used by women in pregnancy and lactation with caution.

The experience of administration for children is limited.

Usage for the elderly people:  

The physiological function of elderly patients is declining, we should reduce the amount appropriately according to the actual situation, or refer to the content mentioned or under prescribed.

This product is highly acidic, the drug should not be combined with the alkaline materials.

If overdosage of the product is injected, it will show symptoms of stomach discomfort , dry mouth and drowsiness.

Pharmacology:  Ligustrazine Phosphate plays the role of anti-plated aggreation ,solving the platelets that have gathered , expanding the small arteries, improving microciration and increasing the cerebral blood volume to increase of anti-thrombosis and thrombosis huoxuehuayu.

 For intravenous injection, inject LD₅₀ 239mg/kg, as to vitro in rabbit blood test, 200mg/kg, hemolysis does not appear. 100mg/kg for rabbits intravenous drip, hemolysis does not appear.

Literature shows that the animals infused intravenously Ligustrazine Phosphate, the drug is widely distributed in the body, mainly in the liver , heart, spllen, brain and other organs rich in blood flow.It accesses to the hub through the blood-brain barrier easily. Most ofLigustrazine Phosphate is metabolized in body and fades quickly. After the administration of 24 hours, the prototype drug in the urine excretion only accounts for 2.76%. It can^,t be discharged through dejection.
